Solid stream nozzles

Focused, compact liquid jet with maximum impact and long throw — for cutting, flushing and spot cleaning.

Solid stream nozzles do not produce a spray cone but a focused jet. All kinetic energy is concentrated on a small area — giving the highest impact of all nozzle types and throw distances of several metres.

They are also the basis of rotating tank cleaning heads: the hard jet removes deposits while rotation distributes it over the entire vessel interior.

Solid-stream nozzles: maximum impact

Solid-stream nozzles concentrate all energy into a compact jet. They are used wherever dirt must be removed mechanically: descaling, strip cleaning, cutting and high-pressure cleaning. A cleanly designed inlet is decisive, as any turbulence disperses the jet within a few centimetres.

Frequently asked questions

What are solid stream and flat fan nozzles used for?
For high impact force: cleaning, deburring, cutting, washing of belts and rolls as well as high-pressure cleaning.
