Axial full cone nozzles

Straight-through full cone nozzles with axial swirl insert — maximum free passage, minimal clogging tendency.

In the axial full cone nozzle the liquid flows straight through an axially arranged swirl insert. There is no lateral deflection and no narrow chamber — the free passage stays large and solids pass without deposits.

This makes the design ideal wherever recirculated water, suspensions or media containing particles are sprayed and downtime from clogged nozzles is expensive.

Full-cone nozzles: uniform area coverage

Full-cone nozzles create a completely filled spray cone with round or square coverage. An internal vane distributes the liquid across the entire cross-section – hence the even distribution required for cooling, dust suppression and washing.

With axial full-cone nozzles the inlet lies in the direction of the jet, minimising pressure loss and making the nozzle especially insensitive to particles.
