Flojet distributor Germany – advice, stock and service from one source

As Flojet distributor Germany, VIPTech GmbH supplies the complete range of Flojet diaphragm and impeller pumps to machine builders, agricultural businesses, beverage wholesalers and industrial customers. We are not a mere catalogue shipper: every enquiry includes a technical sizing review covering flow rate, back pressure, medium and power supply.

Flojet pumps are self-priming, dry-run safe and switch off automatically via an integrated pressure switch. These properties make them the first choice wherever continuous supervision is impossible – for example in mobile spraying units, on-board water supplies, beverage dispensing systems and dosing stations. A detailed overview is available on our Flojet industrial pumps page and in the pumps overview.

Typical fields of application

  • Agriculture: crop protection and field sprayers, pasture drinkers, milking parlour cleaning
  • Beverage technology: syrup and post-mix delivery, CO₂-resistant dispensing systems
  • Vehicle and special-purpose engineering: fresh water, washing systems, cleaning modules
  • Industry: dosing of aqueous chemicals, decanting stations, test rigs

How to select the right Flojet pump

  1. Clarify the medium and compatibility – Santoprene, EPDM or Viton determine resistance.
  2. Determine the required flow rate in l/min at the consumer, not at the pump outlet.
  3. Add up the back pressure including hose length, nozzles and height difference.
  4. Choose the voltage: 12 V, 24 V DC for mobile applications, 230 V AC for stationary equipment.
  5. Define accessories: pressure switch, pulsation damper, filter, quick couplings.
A correctly sized diaphragm pump runs for years with minimal maintenance – the most common cause of failure is not the pump but a missing suction filter.VIPTech application engineering

Spare parts and availability

We stock diaphragms, valve sets, pressure switches and complete service heads for the common series. Enquiries received before midday usually leave our premises the same day, keeping plant downtime to a minimum – an argument that matters more to many customers than unit price alone.

Yes. VIPTech GmbH is a Flojet distributor Germany and supplies pumps, accessories and spare parts including technical sizing – usually same-day from stock.
Which Flojet pump suits field sprayers?
For crop protection and pasture drinkers, 12/24 V diaphragm pumps with Santoprene or Viton diaphragms and an integrated pressure switch are typically used. Size depends on nozzle count and required pressure.
Can a Flojet diaphragm pump run dry?
